Ended up with a lot of blocked dates in June and July that were actually open. Average Monthly Expenses Power $100 Water/Sewer $100 Internet $100 Property Taxes $650 Supplies $150 Insurance $125 House keeping $600 Misc $50 Again, this was year one.
